You will have an event with some serious prize money, this November. “We are sending a polite message to all organizers”, says event organizer, Richard Trayford. “It’s time to put eventing into the mainstream media, we are very excited to announce the 100k prize purse.”

The Ocala Jockey Club has partnered with Equiventures, LLC, which was started by Jon Holling and Peter Grey to organize eventing competitions at the Florida Horse park. The Ocala Jockey Club, owned by Erik and Pavvla Nygaard is introduced on their website OcalaJC.com as, “Hidden away, yet very accessible, the Ocala Jockey Club Farm is a 900 acre unspoiled equestrian paradise. There are rolling hills rarely seen in Central Florida, old growth oak trees, pastures as far as the eye can see, and sunsets paralleled by those famous in Africa.”

Equiventures was recently purchased by international businessman, Richard Trayford. “It’s the competition dates Jon and Peter put together that I was interested in.”
